I cannot speak more highly of this salon. I am always treated to amazing service and most importantly fantastic hair care. I am a very particular person when it comes to my hair because of past experiences but I have no need to worry. My weave is the most secure that it has ever been and lasts for ages. Also, I get my extensions dyed and my hair always comes out in the most beautiful colour. I'm very happy to have found a hair salon that I can trust. Thank you very much!

Was looking for a new hair salon as I haven't been happy with my hair stylist for a while now. Found them online and decided to pop in and am glad I did. The ladies were friendly and professional. I am definitely going there from now on and I strongly recommend Bola and her team.

Having been a regular client of yours since February 2015 to be informed that as you haven’t increased your prices for a number of years a gel manicure would now cost me £35 per visit, l do understand that you have costs to cover but really £25 to £35! Have you seen how many alternative nail bars are in Bromley and it’s surrounding area with competitive prices and much bigger colour choices. I would like to thank Lorenza for her excellent customer service attitude she is one of the best nail technicians l have so far come across and l part with regret that Lorenza will no longer be caring for me. Great pedicure but quite expensive compared to other places. Lorenza though is wonderful, I can thoroughly recommend her as a pedicrist.

Friendly staff, great service and reasonable prices

Small but glorious. Not the biggest Waterstones I've ever been to but despite this has a great range of books and literary related accessories. The children's area is particularly good, with some brilliant suggested reads, and my kids find it easy to navigate and find what they're looking for. The staff are the real clincher here though - super friendly, clearly knowledgeable and just a pleasure to speak with.

Love this shop. Great knowledgeable staff. The variety of books is appreciated as well as the services offered while you are in the shop or online. The staff are mostly friendly, but not intrusive on your quest to look for the books you are looking for. Nice to know that they have noticed you walked into the shop and maybe you need some help.

Always helpful and I have personally have never had a bad experience with these guys. But ... but... It does help to have half a clue of what you're looking for or to know what you're doing around a motor. The younger staff whilst being very helpful by nature sometimes rely on their computers a bit too much. There is a clear difference between asking someone who knows how to use a spanner and talking to one. overall a decent experience ... be patient them at busy times as I can imagine they also have to deal with 'general public spanners'.

I haven't had a horrible experience there. Customer service is pretty good, very friendly staff and I always get my things fairly quickly. Location is ok, the store can do with some updating but I guess if you're only there for 5/10 minutes, it probably doesn't matter that much. The queues can get pretty long but I've only witnessed this because the customer service representatives are doing a thorough job in advising people, so it's not a negative really, just something to be aware of if you are behind a customer who needs more help than normal.

He even did a collection and delivery service, which made a huge difference to me. Felt very confident trusting him to do the job. He was recommended by someone I know who's very exacting!

Just had a car stereo fitted today for my wifes car. Sunny had already done a great job on my car and also my sons car and was originally recommended by a fitter at Halfords! Sunny always does a great job and has never changed a price that he has quoted me. In fact he needed an unexpected specialist part for my wife’s car and paid for this and the postage himself so that he did not have alter the agreed price/quote. A really nice guy and a really good service!

The service in the Bromley store is first class, I purchased a Denon record player, a gentleman named Charles served me, Charles had great product knowledge and excellent customer service skills. I encountered a few issues setting the record player up, however called the store and Charles was more than happy to assist. It makes such a difference to be served with someone who has extreme product knowledge and is happy to advise without aggressively pushing for a hard sale! I will definitely be recommending the store to others. Great store all round, very friendly and useful staff.

The customer service in this shop is excellent. I called to reserve a TV and see if they'd take the online voucher code which they did and had the TV ready for me when I got there half hour later. They answered the phone quickly and answered questions professionally. When I arrived the staff were all friendly, showed me the TV on display and were very knowledgeable about the features.

Came to the store 5 minutes before closing to get a headlamp light bulb fitted. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended. Will visit definitely again (I'll try to be earlier than 5 minutes before closing!). Cheers!

I have brought 4 cars from this car sales and everytime i have they have looked after me so well and when its time to change the car again then i will be going stright back to them again for my 5th also when my son starts to drive will be going back there with him

We arrived very late at night, but the station is open 24 hours. The staff were very considerate and polite even though it was very late. The petrol station offers a lot of services including a Subway, a Costa machine and a small shop for essentials, all of which are affordable and fast. The Subways are made with care and the staff will help with any of your problems. The fuel is also very affordable. Although, it is a long way away, I would definitely recommend this petrol station if you are in the area :)

Ruwan and Dizzy are my hero's!! I got burgled a few years back and all my jewellery was taken and my partner bought me some really nice earrings to cheer me up afterwards. Today I lost one and was devastated. I called and no one had handed it in but the guy said maybe try later. I popped in around 7pm and Dizzy and Ruwan had found it! 😀 Turns out my 8 month old baby had knocked it out when I paid for my petrol earlier in the day around 12pm. Additional to this, Ruwan was on the till when I was paying earlier and he was very helpful whilst I was trying to juggle my baby and attempting to retrieve my card from my purse. Top guys, I'll definitely be using this garage in future! And if I ever win the lotto jackpot, as Google is my witness, I'm sending these guys on a luxury holiday!!! Very handy location on the junction of Fiveways. Usually able to get in and out quickly and has the benefit of a small shop. Not the cheapest station in the local area.

All their employees training skills are second to none and nothing is too much trouble! I haven’t ridden a motorcycle for 20 years and they got me through all the tests 1st time! Used items are still in good condition, I like to go over there for the books, there are dozens of them and usually you can get a bargain. Never had problems with staff, they are nice.

I like shopping at Next because they usually have what I am looking for. Next stock these black trousers (Ponte leggings) which are very comfortable to wear especially for the job that I do. I find the staff that I have approached for information are friendly and very helpful.

In terms of what the staff have to go through with some customers, I believe that some of the reviews are unjustified and are unfair to the staff, they try incredibly hard and they still get shunned by people, most of the people who review this store can't even spell correctly so that says a lot about the type of customer they are. I would say in terms of most stores that this is by far one of the best ones and I'm not talking about other Next stores either.

I have shopped at this branch for years and never had a problem. The staff have always been helpful. They work hard and I can see they are under pressure.

Novelty item shop in the Glades, they seem to have wound down their stock of Harry Potter stuff now but manaģed to pick up something for my daughter. Pleasant friendly and efficient service.

A wide range of gadgets and toys, with an ever growing collection of books, BBQ tools, wallets and watches too. It is one of those shops you'll always look around but buy very little. That said they do have a decent range of low cost items so perhaps impulse purchases will keep it going.

I'm am literally obsessed with Disney so this is my favourite shop out of the whole of the Glades. It's amazing!!!

Has a good variety of books and some art supplies. Prices are good. They don't have a lot of staff so you may have to wait to be served but I don't mind that.

A good example of a typical Works store - nice staff, good selection. A bit hard to navigate with a double buggy but that's because everywhere in Bromley is, and they usually have everything in stock, which is a good thing!

Purchased a lazy New York spa hot tub from Homebase Catford, unfortunately after only having this for just over two months it became faulty with lumps and bumps appearing. Went back to to Homebase Catford to return product but had none in stock, this continued for at least five attempts, on this day 06.08.18 we had a lovely lady Joan help as she was very professional and was so very helpful with the way she helped as, she asked her line manager Peter if we could have display product as they are not getting anymore this season, which he agreed. Thank you to Peter and Joan at Catford Homebase for your help.

I phoned as had some furniture to donate, the lady was polite, and efficient. We organised the date. The collection guys phoned me half an hour before they were due to arrive, and they arrived when they said they would. They assessed the furniture, and took it away promptly and efficiently, and even left me my own British Heart Foundation gift card, so that if i donate again I can show it and my own stickers too with my gift aid number to make it easy again to donate. I now feel great that I have been able to donate, and they made it easy, i hope that someone is now able to buy that furniture and make use of it! The gift of giving!!!

Fed up with service/del problems with large electrical company, Wellingtons was recommended to me. AMAZING customer service - delivered in a 2 hour time slot the next day. When I did have a problem (not their fault), they came out next day and sorted it. Price was comparable, but the level of personal service far exceeds. Being able to speak to a person without pressing umpteen numbers and listening to hold music, together with their first class service is much appreciated. Highly recommend.

I went in for some last minute red roses for anniversary flowers and came out with a lovely bouquet.

I came in to today for a bunch of flowers for my mums birthday , Vicky was really helpful and she made me up a really beautiful colourful bunch of flowers , and was really chatty and we both had a giggle , the flowers were beautiful and made my mums day !! I will be going back to use Vicky all the time now !

Love the shop! Good range of products. But recently a lot of staff walking around and asking you if I am interested in this and that product. I know they are trying to promote/sale their products however if it's off putting for me. If I have any questions I would ask them. Health shop selling a very wide range of organic, vegan and fitness health and fitness products. The store is bright and open. Staff are very helpful. There is a white door at the back, this leads to a branch of the Natural Health Hut, with treatment rooms located in the basement, providing a range of excellent chiropractic services.

I like the products you have, as a vegan I'm happy to find a variety of new things to add in my diet. The staff is great, they always smile and they are willing to help you. Thanks a lot to Matteo the Italian guy he was very helpful!

Love this store. Went to buy a ring for my teenage daughter and the girl serving looked at her hand and knew her finger size and was spot on. Very impressed. Sam made our experience very enjoyable.

Staff were absolutely amazing when several sentimental charms got stuck on my bracelet and got it part replaced and part repaired in only a few weeks. Lovely caring customer service and no rushing or pressure.

Good place to grab trainers and sports gear especially for kids as they're usually cheaper than most so it's always good to check in here first. Very good for games equipment.

Tucked away in a remote corner of the Glades shopping centre this is easy to miss unless you know it's there. It is a well-stocked general purpose pet & pet supplies shop with a wide range of products; don't expect to find more specialist goods however.

Lol you got so many ppl moaning that its understaffed (which it is) then ppl expect them to have someone sitting by the phone to answer a stupid question like is my order there? Or do you have the white ones in my size. Ffs! An how about not going there when its bloody so busy an expect to get served in 5 mins! You want good service go there 9am weekdays.

Good products and variety

No that impressed with PC World. I was looking to purchase a Radio /CD player and although they had several makes on display, there was only about 50% available. I think the staff were not concerned about selling me a product and advised me to either go to another branch or order one and collect the next day. Poor service in my mind, prefer to shop in better surroundings like John Lewis.

Mike did a great job on two items we took in over a 2 week period. Firstly he couldn’t find a problem with my amp that wasn’t working. He could have made something up and charged me for it, but he was honest and gave me back my amp working👍. My second item was a large TV that needed a new motherboard. They sourced a new motherboard and fixed the TV within a week. Fantastic service and way cheaper than a new amp and TV.

We used Excellent Electrics to repair a Panasonic vacuum cleaner. They did a great job and quickly - the repair was done by the end of the following day. The estimate cost about £40 but this goes towards the cost of the labour for the repair. It hard been difficult to find a business able to do the repair and we were very pleased to find them.
